In the meanwhile, it shall, in meeting the 21thcentury challenges of knowledge economy which have already reached us, maintain from beginning to end the na ture, orientation and function of socialism in the innovation of knowledge and technology. Therefore, cul tivation of Four Haves generations of a new type, of which putting Marxism to use is the key, is the fundamental measure to raise our integrated national power.
