米索前列醇舌下含服治疗产后出血临床疗效研究【摘要】目的：对比分析米索前列醇舌下含服治疗产后出血的临床疗效。方法：选取我院70例产妇，将产妇分为对照组和实验者，每组35人。实验组：孕妇娩出胎儿后立即含服米索前列醇400μg，含至其自然溶解。对照组：孕妇娩出胎儿后立即静脉注射s缩宫素20U。测量出血量的方法同一采用容积法和称重法，分别测量两组产后2h的出血量。将两种方法累加的血量作为最终产后2h的总失血量。结果：产后两组相比实验组第三产程时间、产后2h出血量、产后24h出血量均比对照组小，产后出血发生率实验组为2.9%，对照组为17.1%，实验组产后出血发生率远小于对照组，差异显著具有统计学意义，P0.05。米索前列醇和缩宫素对血压的作用不明显，对照组和实验组产妇使用前后血压、心律变化无明显差异。实验组部分产妇出现恶心和寒颤的现象，症状较轻微，产后4小时内自行消失，所以没有给予任何处理。结论：米索前列醇可以有效缩短第三产程、减少产后2小时出血量、降低出血率，减少产妇死亡率。 【关键字】米索前列醇；缩宫素；产后出血；高危因素；第三产程 Sublingual misoprostol for postpartum hemorrhage : clinical analysis of WEI Rong-fu(Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology , the People?s hospital of DU JIANGYAN City, Sichuan 611830) Abstract Objective : comparative analysis of misoprostol sublingual therapy for postpartum hemorrhage.
