血清胆固醇及高密度脂蛋白比值分析探究【摘要】 目的 评估总胆固醇与高密度脂蛋白的比值在冠心病风险性判断中的价值。方法 筛选笔者所在医院2009年1月～2011年1月心血管内科住院的冠心病心绞痛患者125例，将所有患者分为稳定型心绞痛组、不稳定型心绞痛组和健康组，对实验室血脂检测结果和血脂指标异常率进行分析。结果 稳定型心绞痛组和不稳定型心绞痛组研究的TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C和TC/HDL-C分别于健康组比较，差异有统计学意义（?P?0.05），具有可比性。? 1.2 方法 所有入选的研究对象均按要求抽取晨起空腹静脉血??［3］?，使用日立-7180型全自动生化仪??［4］?，采用酶法测定总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白含量??［5］?。血脂指标检测参考的正常值范围为：总胆固醇（TC）3.0～?5.2 mmol/L?，低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）2.03～?3.14 mmol/L?，高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）0.91～?1.55 mmol/L?，甘油三酯（TG）0.4～1.80 mmol/L，总胆固醇/高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（TC/HDL-C）＜4.98。? 1.3 统计学处理 采用SPSS 15.0统计学软件分析Excel数据库，采用?t?检验分析以均数±标准差（?x±s?）表示的计量资料。?χ??2检验分析采用率表示的计数资料。?P? 参 考 文 献? ［1］ Maki KC, Davidson MH, Dicklin MR, et al.
