视诱发电位在眼外伤视神经挫伤中应用作者单位：418400 湖南省怀化市第二人民医院靖州医院 通讯作者：李东? 【摘要】 目的 通过检测视诱发电位（VEP），探讨其在眼外伤视神经挫伤中的应用价值。方法 对49例眼外伤视神经挫伤患者行棋盘格翻转刺激VEP检查，并与健侧眼或正常对照组相比较。结果 49例（55眼）患中者P100波幅降低40例（45眼），P100潜伏期延长11例（14眼），P100潜伏期延长并波幅降低3例（5眼），视神经挫伤眼P100波幅较健侧眼、对照组差异有统计学意义，而P100潜伏期与健侧眼比较差异无统计学意义，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论 VEP对眼外伤后视神经损伤检出有较高敏感性，能客观、定量评定视功能，对早期诊断、预后评价有重要价值。 【关键词】 眼外伤； 视神经挫伤； 视诱发电位 Use of visual evoked potencial in patients with optic nerve contusion following ocular damage LI Dong-jing，TANG Hui-xia，CHEN Ai-jun，HUANG Fang，ZHANG Wen-xia，HUANG Yi.The Second People Hospital of HuaiHua City，HuaiHua City 418400，China 【Abstract】 Objective To explore the useful value of visual evoked potential（VEP） in patients with optic nerve contusion following ocular damage.Methods Visual evoked potential（VEP） detection was performed in 49 patients with optic nerve contusion following ocular damage, and the results were compared with that of the contralateral healthy eyes and the normal control guoup.Results VEP was detected in 55 eyes of 49 patients, in which decrease of amplitude of P100 was found in 40 patients （45 eyes）, the prolongation of latency of P100 was found in 11 patients（14 eyes）, and decrease of amplitude accompanied by the prolongation of latency was found in 3 patients （5 eyes）. There was significant difference about the amplitude of P100 among the damaged eyes, the contralateral healthy eyes and the normal control group, and no significant difference was noted in the latency of P100 of patients with only one eye injury as compared with the contralateral healthy eyes, but the amplitude of P100 have obvious difference.Conclusion VEP might have more sensitive in the detection of optic nerve contusion following ocular damage, It is an objective quantitative method to evaluate the optic nerve function, also is of value on early diagnosis and prognosis of optic nerve contusion following ocular damage. 【Key words】 Ocular damage; Optic nerve contusion; Visual evoked potential 眼外伤是眼科
