谷胱甘肽联合钙镁合剂预防澳沙利铂周围神经毒性临床观察【摘要】 目的：观察谷胱甘肽联合钙镁合剂对澳沙利铂化疗后周围神经毒性的临床疗效。方法：将50例患者随机分为A、B两组，A组（治疗组）为谷胱甘肽+钙镁合剂+化疗组，共26例；B组（对照组）为单用化疗组，共24例，治疗4个疗程后比较两组临床疗效。结果：A组总有效率（治疗组）为73.3%，B组（对照组）为41.7%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：谷胱甘肽联合钙镁合剂能降低澳沙利铂化疗后周围神经毒性的发生率，取得较好的效果，值得进一步临床研究。 【关键词】 谷胱甘肽； 奥沙利铂； 钙镁合剂； 神经毒性 Clinical Study of the Protective Effect of Reduced Glutathion Infusion Combined with Calcium/Magnesium on Oxaliplatin—induced Chronic Neurotoxicity/SUN Bo，WANG Shu—shi，CHENG Jian.// Medical Innovation of China，2012，9（29）：028—029 【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate whether the administration of calcium/magnesium（Ca/Mg） infusion combined with Glutathione（GSH） infusion can reduce Oxaliplatin—related neurotoxicity.Method：Patients after FOLFOX4 chemotherapy were randomized into treatment group and control group，and received calcium/magnesium infusion and Glutathione infusion（treatment group，n = 26） or placebo（control group，n = 24）. The incidence and severity of Oxaliplatin—induced neurotoxicity after four cycles were observed. Result：After four cycles of chemotherapy，26.7%（7/26） of patients in treatment group were observed gradeⅡ—Ⅲ neurotoxicity while 58.3%（14/24） in control group were. The incidence of neurotoxicity in grade Ⅱ—Ⅱwas significantly different between the two groups（ 字2=4.361，P0.05）。A组男15例，女11例，结肠癌12例，直肠癌14例；B组男14例，女10例，结肠癌13例，直肠癌11例。A组给予谷胱甘肽+钙镁合剂+化疗，在奥沙利铂静脉滴注前应用钙镁合剂（25%硫酸镁、10%葡萄糖酸钙各1 g）及谷胱甘肽（1.2 g），连续3 d， 即化疗前1 d、化疗当日及第2天；B组给予单纯FOLFOX4方案化疗，如患者出现神经毒性，对症给予维生素类营养神经药物。所有患者在化疗期间避免冷饮及接触冷的物品。 1
