The appropriate mixing amount of the furnace slag which is used as admixture to produce Portland cement or compound cement is brought forward in this article, which opens a new way to take comprehensive use of the waste slag and reduce production cost as well. Key word: furnace slag, activity evaluation, increasing rate of cement strength 1 前言 为了综合利用火电厂废渣，降低水泥成本，我公司自2001年5月以来，开展了利用济源电厂排的工业炉渣作为水泥混合材的试验研究工作，为工业生产提供了必要的技术参数，并探讨了炉渣作为水泥混合材对水泥性能影响的规律性。本文就电厂炉渣作水泥混合材的应用研究作一一介绍。Preface In order to take comprehensive use of the furnace slag in the electric power plant and reduce the cement cost, our company has carried out experiment and research work to use industrial slag discharged by Jiyuan electric power plant as cement admixture since May in 2001, which provided essential technical parameters for industrial production. And at the same time, the regularity of how the furnace slag, as cement admixture, affects the cement property. This article will introduce the applications of furnace slag form electric power plant as cement admixture. 2 炉渣的成分与性质 2．1 炉渣的物理性能及化学成分 炉渣是块煤或粒煤燃烧后呈疏松状或块状未经水淬的残渣。济源电厂的炉渣呈灰紫色，干渣比重为1．8-2．3gcm3 ，松散干渣容重为680—750kg／In ，其化学成分(18个数据平均值)见表1。Composition and property of the furnace slag physical performance and chemical composition of the furnace slag The furnace slag is kind of loose or bulk residue without being water quenched of the lump coal or pea coal being burnt.
