齐鲁护理杂志 2009年第 15卷第 7期 射频治疗慢性肥厚性咽炎 132例疗效观察 刘冬琴 (延安大学附属医院 陕西延安 716000) 　　摘 要 目的:探讨射频治疗慢性肥厚性咽炎的疗效。 方法 :将 262例慢性肥厚性咽炎患者随机分为两组, 观察组 132例用射频治疗咽部增生组织, 对照组 130例给予常规治疗, 两组疗效进行对比观察。结果:观察组 132例中, 治愈 81 例, 有效 41例, 无效 10例, 总有效率为 92.42%;对照组 130例中, 治愈 53 例, 有效 52 例, 无效 25 例, 总有效率为 80.77%, 两组疗效具有极显著性差异(P0.01)。 结论:射频治疗慢性肥厚性咽炎操作安全准确, 治疗时间短, 局部反 应轻、创面愈合好, 创伤小 , 患者痛苦少, 疗效显著。 关键词 慢性肥厚性咽炎;射频治疗;组织增生 中图分类号 :R473.76　　文献标识码:A　　文章编号:1006 -7256(2009)07 -0007 -02 Observationonthecurativeeffectofradiofrequencytherapyinthetreatmentof132 casesof chronichypertrophicpharyngitis LiuDong-qin (AffiliatedHospitalofYananUniversityYanan, Shaanxi716000, China) 　　Abstract Objective:Toexplorethecurativeefectofradiofrequencytherapyinthetreatmentofofchronichypertrophic pharyngitis.Methods:262 patientswithchronichypertrophicpharyngitiswererandomlydividedintoobservationgroup(n= 132)andcontrolgroup(n=130).RFtherapywasusedtotreatpharyngealhyperplasiainobservationgroupandthepatientsin controlgroupweregivenconventionaltreatment, comparingthecurativeefectbetweenthe2 groups.Results:81 patientsoutof 132 patientsinobservationgroupwerecured, effectivein41 patientsandineffectivein10 patients, thetotaleffectiveratewas 92.42%;incontrolgroup, 53 patientswerecured, efectivein52 patientsandinefectivein25 patients, andthetotalefective ratewas80.77%.Therewassignificantdifferenceinthecomparisonbetweenthe2 groups(P0.01).Conclusion:Radiofre-quencytherapyhassuchadvantagesasaccurateandsafeoperation, shorttreatmentcourse, lesslocalreaction, lesstraumaand pain, goodwoundhealing, andmarkedeffectinthetreatmentofchronichypertrophicpharyngitis.
