Results in the two groups except the control group on the intercanine width, all indexes were higher in male than female (t=2.061 ~ 6.198, p 0.05, 0.01); the observation group of male maxillary intercanine width is greater than the control group, and observation group of upper and lower molar arch width and arch width were less than the molar tooth the control group (t=2.402 ~ 6.423, p 0.05, 0.01). Conclusion the class class crowding malocclusion upper and lower molar arch width and molar alveolar arch width were less than normal. The short and narrow width of dental arch in patients with crowded dentition is related to the mechanism of their errors.
