Etiquette is a general term of etiquette, courtesy and ceremony. It is the external manifestation of a person and even a nation, a nations cultural accomplishment and moral accomplishment. It is the basic requirement of being a man.
In 1987, American scholar Alexander Della and Dr. O Conner published paper on the platinum rule, its essence lies in interpersonal communication to be successful, we must do what we can to contacts, to meet each other in a legal case what. From the study of the needs of others, and then adjust their behavior, the use of our wisdom and ability to make others relaxed and comfortable. Platinum tells us that we must adhere to the following four principles when dealing with social affairs and interpersonal relationships:

Only sincere respect for talent is respect for others, only sincere respect, can create a harmonious and pleasant interpersonal relationship, sincerity and respect are complementary. At the negotiating table, even though the opponent is your opponent, you should be polite and show your respect for the general demeanour of others. It is both a courtesy and a psychological triumph over the other person. To show your sincerity and respect for others, remember three points: full performance opportunities, showing you the greatest enthusiasm of others, to leave each other forever.
