Chapter I General Provisions
In order to carry out the hotel management ideas and improve the salary and welfare system, the management measures are formulated.
The term Remuneration as mentioned in these Measures includes wages and benefits. The wages is the employee of the month according to the post standard, Department of labor remuneration of internal management and employee behavior standards, business income tax total benefit; welfare is to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff, the staff are provided in addition to solve the menace from the rear nonwage related treatment.
The basic principle of salary management is to formulate wage standard according to post requirement, and implement differential management with work performance.

The second chapter, salary structure
I. basic composition
The total salary of employees consists of the following jobs: post salary, skill salary, quality award, benefit salary and related subsidy. Post salary according to a fixed salary for each post hotel standards and responsibility set; skill salary according to ability and contribution of each employee is an incentive wage difference and enhance employee skills reflect degree; quality award is a performance salary according to the staffs daily work performance and behavior criterion set the hook, and the monthly assessment, daily rewards and punishments; wage benefits are based on hotel business performance and department performance of wages linked to the building as a whole benefits, Department performance.
