湖南省城市人居环境评价及其演变研究 ——以衡阳市为例 田 成，罗文丽，唐高溶，黄政珉，罗意坚 （衡阳师范学院南岳学院 资源环境与旅游管理系，衡阳 421008） 摘 要：从城市人居环境系统构成要素的角度，根据衡阳城市人居环境的特点，构建衡阳城市人居环境质量的评价指标体系。通过对数据处理，分析出衡阳城市在2000—2007年间人居环境的综合发展水平，并进一步从居住条件、生态环境、基础设施、公共服务、发展水平五个方面对衡阳城市人居环境进行详细的评价，初步得出此阶段衡阳城市人居环境演变的一般规律。从而得出以下结论：经济发展水平是影响衡阳城市人居环境的核心因子，生态环境等也严重制约着衡阳城市人居环境的良好发展，想要衡阳城市人居环境良性发展，就必须加大经济发展水平和生态环境建设等的投入。并据此对衡阳城市人居环境向良性方向发展提出相应的对策建议。 关键词：衡阳市：城市人居环境；指标体系；演变 Hunan City Rural Residential Environment Evaluation and Its Evolution Research ——For example in hengyang city Tiancheng LuowenLi TanggaoRong HuangzhengMing LuoyiJian (Over Hengyang Teachers College School of resource and environment in Nanyue and Tourism Management Department of Hunan Hengyang 412008) Abstract：From the rural residential environment system elements of hunan province, according to the characteristics of rural residential environment construction, hunan rural residential environment quality evaluation index system.
