Sand production brings great harm: sand may lead to sand burial of reservoir or wellbore sand plugging caused by oil wells can not be normal production caused by sand; underground and ground equipment caused by sand abrasion; wellbore sand and ground equipment cleaning work increased, the production costs increase; sand may also cause reservoir deficit, wall collapse, deformation and the set of well abandoned. Causes of sanding in 1. reservoir well The causes of sand production in oil water well can be divided into two factors, congenital and artificial. Congenital factor is mainly due to the formation of shallow buried reservoir, geological and mineral cementation late, small amount, uneven distribution, and formation cementation strength difference in stress is greater than the formation strength, in which the sand reservoir under fluid erosion.
