软盘机常见故障及排除方法一览表（List of common troubles and troubleshooting methods for floppy disk drive） A list of common failures and troubleshooting for floppy disk machine 1994-01-07 Fault phenomenon: panel indicator light is not bright and normal operation of the machine. Cause analysis: (1) the panel operation indicator light emitting diode bad. (2) the panel indicator light circuit components (74LS05 NAND gate 74S07, power failure). Troubleshooting: remove the panel indicator parts screw replacement light-emitting diode. Find and remove the damage of components, and then put on a new component. Two, Fault phenomenon: a panel indicating lamp is not bright but the spindle motor speed normal. Cause analysis: +5V DC power supply to power down Troubleshooting: check +5V power supply and troubleshooting. Three, Fault phenomenon: panel indicator light does not shine, and the spindle motor does not rotate. Cause analysis: floppy DC power down. Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting DC+12V, +5V power supply. Four, Fault phenomenon: spindle DC motor speed too fast cycle of T 197ms or T too slow period of 203ms . Cause analysis: (1) +12V DC power supply is too low. (2) the parameters of DC motor changes, or motor control circuit parameters change. Troubleshooting: check and adjust the DC+12V power to the rated value of 12V + 5%. Adjust the motor speed control potentiometer on the circuit board, until the motor rotor flywheel flash disc stripes and stable so far. Five, Fault phenomenon: the host of the floppy disk machine has been selected, but no response of spindle motor. Cause analysis: (1) the spindle motor +12V power failure. (2) the motor on controller interface signal shown in the active low failure . (3) there is a floppy disk read / write motor control signal line between the circuit board and the motor control circuit board, failure of high effective . (4) the spindle motor control board or bad motor winding coil wire. Troubleshooting: check and restore the power supply of +12V
