4 8 The 48th Committee Inaugural Ceremony 48 The 48th Term Committee Members Inaugurated 48 Office of the Central People’s Government in the HKSAR (LOCPG), Deputy Commissioner Li Yuanming of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of PRC in the HKSAR, Deputy Director Ren Qiliang of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council, Vice Governor of the Guangdong Province Zhao Yufang , Deputy Secretary-General Zhang Qiujian of the CPPCC National Committee, Vice-Director An Min of the Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and Overseas Chinese Committee of the CPPCC, Vice-chairman Yu Ping of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and 1,800 Vice-chairman Tang Bingquan of the CPPCC Guangdong Provincial Committee.
