The metastable zones were got at different cooling rates and stirring speeds. The results showed that the width of metastable zone was narrowed with the increase of the stirring speed and the decrease of the cooling rate. And the higher the temperature was the greater the influence．The nucleation number was calcu- lated at different temperatures and the correlation was considerably high.
