Discuss common causes of fluid, electrolyte and acid-base imbalances 5. Discuss nursing responsibilities for assessment, identification, treatment and follow- up of fluid, electrolyte and acid-base imbalances 6. Discuss nursing responsibilities for hypovolemic, cardiogenic, neurogenic, anaphylactic and septic shock . Readings: 1.
