Eating and drinking is the basic survival need of everyone. Among them, defecation is an important barometer of health. Careful observation can also help to detect disease.

Quantity: one piece, about 100 grams. Healthy stools are mostly shaped like bananas, each of which is about 10~15 cm long and weighs about 100 grams. Each row is 2~3. The amount of defecation can be changed by food intake and food type. If the intake of dietary fiber is more, the amount of defecation will increase.
Frequency and habits: once a day, morning defecation is best. Defecation frequency and habits vary from person to person, once a day, morning defecation most.
