We used this concept in the healthcare workers’ social network to analyze the most influential person(s) who influence the vaccination of the health staff. * Objective Through the social network analysis of influence of the centrality to the vaccination, we can “find” the key person(or the central person) and summarize the character of the key person. We can afford such interventions through those key persons to improve the vaccination rate among the healthcare workers. * Research hypothesis We assume that: There really are consisting of such key persons in the healthcare groups The key person can influence others behaviors such as vaccination. * Research contents To analyze the influence of the centrality to the vaccination behavior To find the key persons and summarize their characters To put forward the new ideal and method of health promotion To put forward the intervention suggestion for improving the vaccination rate. * Methods We selected 8 primary health care units and 10 clinical departments from 2 hospitals in Qingdao,China,and collected date by the questionaires survey and interview.
