In our personal growth process, we can generally have three positioning, or go through three stages: employees - talents - characters. If you work hard, you can reach the peak of your personal development. If you dont work hard, you may just stay at one of these stages. What qualities do you have in these three stages? These characteristics can be summed up as three indicators at each stage: the main ability of individuals, the goals that individuals can achieve, and the philosophy of existence embodied by individuals. Employees: follow the forces, meet the needs, survival of the fittest; talent: executive power, the realization of demand, even the survival; characters: leadership, create demand, transform the world. This is the description of three characteristics of employees and talents and characters.
When we first entered the society, our cognition of society was in the initial stage.
