CP一300自升式钻井平台桩腿齿
条板焊接工艺的研究

摘要：桩腿齿条是CP-300自升式钻井平台核心零部件，主要起着支撑与稳定的作用，其制造
精度及材料性能要求较高，焊接难度大。自升式钻井平台桩腿建造过程中，齿条板接长工艺是最为关
键的工艺，齿条板是高强度超厚板，其焊接变形精度要求非常高。本文对厚大焊件匀速移动热源温度
场分布进行分析，对齿条板接长精度管理技术进行研究，制定了厚板焊接的工艺规程，同时，将理论
数据与现场数据进行对比分析，实现了齿条板焊接收缩，直线度，水平度等精度控制，为渤海装备辽
河重工有限公司新产品加工工艺开发提供技术支撑。
