At present, enterprises are facing new and radical development goals and the greatest possible use of staff potential pressure. The competitive and globalized business environment puts more demands on us. This means that many companies are trying to become high-performance organizations, in order to become an industry leader. However, not all organizations are successful.
Building a high performance culture is a business need
U.S. Treasury Secretary, former Goldman Sachs chairman and CEO Henry. Paulson (Henry Paulson) once said, in almost all our businesses, 15%~20% people have created 80% of the companys value.. While high performance may actually come from the best people, we need other employees to create good results in todays competitive environment.
The leaders employed by successful companies are usually passionate about two things: on the one hand, they drive performance by supporting aggressive employees. On the other hand, actively create a work environment that makes employees feel successful and valued and become proud of being part of a team to drive their engagement.
