Scientific thought and scientific spirit is more and more extensive and profound influence on peoples world view and outlook on life, one among the advanced nations in the world, the country or nation in an invincible position in the fierce international competition, not only to have the advantage in the development of science and technology, but also to make great efforts to improve the national science and technology quality, enhance public understanding of modern science and technology to master and use ability. Therefore, strengthening the popularization of science and technology education and improving the scientific and technological quality of the whole nation, especially those of young people, have become a fundamental project to continuously enhance the competitiveness of national innovation capability. Since the founding of the peoples Republic of China in the past 50 years, especially since the reform and opening up, China has made remarkable achievements in the popularization of science and technology for young people.
