MAG拉丝机卷筒轴失效原因分析及处理

摘要：针对MAG连拉连包漆包线生产线拉丝机卷筒轴常见失效的形式特征及产生的原因，进行了深入
的分析和研究。提出了合理实用的技术措施，为延长拉丝机卷筒轴的使用寿命提高拉丝机的工作效率提供帮助，
为确保漆包线生产的稳定运行提供了保障。
关键词：MAG漆包机；卷筒轴；密封；失效；应对措施

1 引言
江西江铜一台意特种电工材料有限公司先后
从奥地利MAG漆包机公司引进了7条卧式漆包机
和l台立式漆包机。MAG漆包线生产线是采用连
拉连包单炉四头高速漆包线生产技术，也是国内引
进较多的进口连拉连包漆包线生产线¨j。目前国
内类似的漆包线生产线还有无锡西玛梅达漆包线生
产线等。

拉丝机是由l台交流电机拖动，通过同步皮带
