Diagnostic results are divided into three categories ① The diagnosis: frozen section diagnosis and paraffin sections are identical or benign and malignant principle is the same. (2) undiagnosed (delayed diagnosis): refers to the frozen section failed to confirm the diagnosis, the need to obtain the final diagnosis of paraffin sections. ③ misdiagnosed: benign and malignant tumors diagnostic error, points of false positive and false negative (false positive, benign misdiagnosed as malignant, false negative, vicious misdiagnosed as benign. 2 Results 438 cases of breast lesions frozen sections of confirmed cases to 433 cases (98.86%), delayed diagnosis cases 4 cases (0.91%) were misdiagnosed cases (0.23%) of the patients with false-negative cases, no false-positive cases .433 cases confirmed cases of benign and malignant lesions ratio was 1:1.05. benign in 74 cases (17.09%), as shown in Table 1, malignant tumors in 222 cases (51.27%), are shown in Table 2, 137 cases of non-neoplastic lesions (31.64 %), are shown in Table 3.
