由于在公司内部网络中进行实验，估计是受到网关设定的影响，使用 ntpdate 命令总是不能够成功。
所以考虑搭建一个内部的ntp 服务器：
预计搭建三台机器：
ntp01:用来模拟外界的NTP服务器
ip 地址： 01
ntp02:用来模拟处在企业网络中，联通外部和内部网络的，下级NTP服务器
ip 地址： 02
ntp03:用来模拟使用NTP 服务的客户端机器
ip 地址： 03
一、在ntp01上设置NTP服务：
