Analysis of Vocational legal education courses seminars
[Abstract] This paper introduces the characteristics and objectives of general education, general education content of the law to elaborate and demonstrate its significance, while the current General Education Vocational Courses in law to analyze the situation, and finally how to set up the school Law of core curriculum courses, general education to do the work of the author’s legal advice.

First, the characteristics and goals of general education 1 the characteristics of general education. Into the 21st century, China’s higher education sector is widely recognized liberal, moral qualities, professional skills and quality of contemporary college students should have the three most important qualities, beginning with the ‘liberal education and professional education on the basis of wide caliber ‘positioning and planning of higher education. General Education is a content rich history and geography, should be from an educational philosophy, educational content, three levels of training model for understanding it as an educational concept, in different countries and regions are interlinked, the core is stressed through the study of knowledge to develop good character, to become educated and healthy people. the characteristics of general education can be summarized as: the ‘return to the people themselves’ for the purpose, to foster people’s ‘overall quality’ as the goal, so that all educated ‘Mastery consensus’ for the purpose of which emphasize construction of the human spirit, attention to the human spirit, focusing on the overall quality of people through general education is to make a country students to have a common body of knowledge, cultural background.
