Abstract Abstract γ-synuclein also calls breast cancer special gene 1,it with α-synuclein and β-synuclein proteins compose the the Synuclein family. Recently,research find that the express of SNCG was affinity correlate with the occur and evolvement of many kinds tumour ,especially in prostate cancer. Prostate cancer is one of the most common malignancy in genitourinary system. Although the incidence of prostate cancer is low in China , a remarkable increase has been noted in recent years. Hormonal treatment is the main treatment for prostate cancer, but most of the sufferers turn to hormone independent prostate cancer after 18~24 months. Treatment for hormone independent prostate cancer (HIPC) is a challenge in the treatment for prostate cancer nowadays. With the continually acquaintanceship of the mechanism of the pathogenesis of prostate cancer and chemotherapeutics, chemotherapy is becoming the main treatment for HIPC at present, and Paclitaxel is the preferrest chemotherapeutics. In recent years, some researches found the expression of γ-synuclein in the prostate cancer, while this protein can resist the Paclitaxels function. Therefore, our study focus on the expression of SNCG in malignant tumor tissues and the Effect of SNCG Transfection on the Effectiveness of Anti-tumor Drugs in the PC-3 Cell Line Transfected with SNCG.The Study was divided into two parts including experimental and clinical research to discuss the role of SNCG.Clinical study analyzed SNCG expression in 160 cases of malignant tumors and their para-cancer tissue
