Adsorption and Separation Properties of D101 Resin for Purification of Paeoniflorin

[Abstract] Objective:To study the separation effect of 101 macroporous resin for the purification of Paeoniflorin
in Ra ix Paeonia .Methods:HPLC was used to analyze the content of Paeoniflorin, and the adsorption performance and
the elution parameters were investigated.Results:The optimal separation conditions were as follows: the concentration of
Paeoniflorinwas 2. 5mgmL with a flow rate of 3. 6BVh, and 20% alcohol was used as eluant. The adsorption of
Paeoniflorin was 32.2mgg, and the elution ratio of Paeoniflorin was 91.25%, and thepurity of Paeoniflorin reached 73.
70% .Conclusion: 101 resin can be used to refine the Paeoniflorin in the extraction of Ra ix Paeonia.
