The adsorption of Paeoniflorin was 32.2mgg, and the elution ratio of Paeoniflorin was 91.25%, and thepurity of Paeoniflorin reached 73. 70% .Conclusion: 101 resin can be used to refine the Paeoniflorin in the extraction of Ra ix Paeonia.
