浅析未来食品营养科学的发展趋势
摘要:本文探讨了在人民生活水平的逐步提高,人口老龄化发展趋势加速的情况下如何科学的为老龄社会提供丰富的、合理营养的各类饮食。概述了未来食品科学发展的方向。仅仅是有抛砖引玉的想法,希望共同探讨为我们未来的健康体魄作点工作。 中国食品的强化与发展与提高全民的身体素质息息相关。我国为保证营养素的均衡、全面,提出了食品营养的强化的概念。食品营养的强化是在食品中添加营养素(这些营养素往往是在日常生活的食物食谱中缺少,或在某些人群食谱中搭配不合理),在食物中加以调整,以调整到合理营养的水平。加入到食品的营养物质。

Abstract:This paper discusses the improving gradually of peoples living standard, the development trend of population aging speed, how to scientifically for the aging society to provide rich, and all kinds of reasonable nutrition diet.
