中文摘要随着经济社会的不断发展，各类火灾隐患不断增多，消防工作也日趋繁重，社区民警作为社区消防工作的主力，肩负着消防监督与管理的重要工作任务。在《消防监督检查规定》的顺利颁布以及实施过程中，针对公安派出所的消防监督以及实际管理方面，不管是相关职责以及权限的界定，还是具体的工作流程及软硬件建设得到明确，既规范了社区民警消防监督管理工作，同时也推动了社区民警消防监督管理工作的开展。本文结合社区消防工作的特点，以及社区民警消防监督管理工作的现状，提出几点意见，从完善工作机制、创新监管措施、夯实基层基础工作等方面着手，不断提升社区民警消防工作水平，推进社区消防监管工作迈上新台阶。关键词：社区民警；消防；监督；管理AbstractWith the continuous development of economy and society, all kinds of fire hazards are increasing, the fire protection work is becoming more and more heavy, the community police as the main community fire prevention work, shoulder the important task of fire supervision and management.
