Methods the content of ET in local plasma and arterial wall was determined by radioimmunoassay. The content of NO2 in local plasma was determined by ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer, which indirectly reflected the level of NO. Results 4 hours after operation, the content of ET in local plasma and arterial wall increased significantly (P0.01), and the content of ET in local plasma and arterial wall increased significantly after 8 hours (P0.05). 4 hours after surgery, the content of NO in the local plasma decreased significantly (P0.01); after 16,24 hours, the content of NO in the local plasma increased significantly (P0.01). Conclusion 16~24 hours after operation, the local ET content of the pedicle grafts was delayed and the content of NO increased significantly, which was the reason for the decrease of the risk of vascular crisis in the pedicle tissue transplantation.
