固定矫治器对正畸治疗患者龈沟液检测指标及牙周状况影响[摘要]目的：探讨固定矫治器对正畸治疗患者龈沟液多个检测指标及牙周状况的影响。方法：选取2009年7月～2012年4月于本院采用固定矫治器进行正畸治疗的38例患者为研究对象，将其正畸治疗前及治疗后1、3、5、8及12周的龈沟液量、龈沟液前列腺素2（PGE2）、活化激酶5（PAK5）、β-防御素2（HBD-2）、内毒素（ET）、白细胞介素-1β（IL-1β）及出血指数（BI）、牙周袋深度（PD）、牙松动度（TM）、菌斑指数（PLI）、牙龈指数（GI）、简化口腔指数（OHI-S）进行检测及比较。结果：38例患者治疗前及治疗后1、3、5、8及12周的龈沟液量、龈沟液PGE2、PAK5、HBD-2、ET、IL-1β均呈现先升后降的趋势，而BI、PD、TM、PLI、GI、OHI-S则从治疗前及治疗后8周呈现持续升高的趋势（P0.05）。结论：固定矫治器对正畸治疗患者龈沟液多个检测指标及牙周状况的影响较为明显，但至12周时基本稳定。 [关键词]固定矫治器；正畸治疗；龈沟液；检测指标；牙周状况 [中图分类号]R783 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1008-6455（2013）01-0179-03 Observation on the influence of fixed appliance for multi-indexes of gingival crevicular fluid and periodontal status of patients treated with orthodontic treatment CHENG Wei1，CHENG Ming-tao2，ZHU Ya-ni3 （1.Department of Stomatology，The Dongfeng Company Maojian Hospital，Shiyan 442000，Hubei，China；2.Hubei College of Automotive Engineering；3.Dongfeng Company General Hospital） Abstract： Objective To study the influence of fixed appliance for multi-indexes of gingival crevicular fluid and periodontal status of patients treated with orthodontic treatment. Methods 38 patients treated with fixed appliance in our hospital from July 2009 to April 2012 were selected as research object，and the amount of gingival crevicular fluid，PGE2，PAK5，HBD-2，ET，IL-1β and BI，PD，TM，PLI，GI，OHI-S of all the patients before and after the treatment at first，third，fifth，eighth and twelfth week were detected and compared. Results The gingival crevicular fluid，PGE2，PAK5，HBD-2，ET and IL-1βof patients increased first and decreased afterwards，and BI，PD，TM，PLI，GI，OHI-S from the pre-treatment to post-treatment at eighth week showed continuously elevated（P0.05）. Conclusion The influence of fixed appliance for multi-indexes of gingival crevicular fluid and periodontal status of patients treated with orthodontic treatment is obvious，and those at twelfth week were basically stable.
