基于消费者网络购物影响因素探究【摘要】近年来,随着社会的飞速发展和互联网的普及,许多经销商发现了网上巨大的商机,消费类电子商务开始蓬勃发展, 各种网络市场和网络商城相继诞生。网络购物也从最初的鲜有人问津,到今天已经拥有了上亿的消费群体。当前,网络购物已经发展成为了一种时尚消费方式,其丰富的产品,便宜的价格、个性化的服务方式,开始受到越来越多的消费者的青睐,表现出了广阔的发展情景。但是在网络购物红火发展的背后,一些质疑和批判也纷至沓来。网络购物 “看得见,摸不着”的虚拟购物方式也表现出了诸多缺点,诸如无法充分保证消费者权益、消费者实际购买的商品与网购图片展示的误差、各大品牌商品的以次充好、甚至各种“山寨”“高仿”的商品纷至踏来。网络购物诚信缺失、安全问题频发等已经开始引起众多消费者的重视。而同时网络购物对实体商场所造成的影响也是显而易见的。本文主要从几个方面分析了影响消费者购物的因素,以及网络购物与实体百货的优劣分析等。

Abstract
In recent years, with the rapid development of society and the popularity of the Internet, many dealers found a great opportunity from online business. As a result, consumer e-commerce began to flourish in the network market as well as the online shopping mall .At first there is few people interested in online shopping while today it have already hundreds of millions of consumer groups. Online shopping has become a fashion consumption patterns and its variety products, cheap prices, personalized service, came to be more and more favored by consumers of all ages and showed a wide range of development scenarios. However, behind the booming development of online shopping some questioning and criticism also came one after another. The “seen but untouched” virtual shopping pattern also showed many shortcomings, for example, online shopping cannot fully guarantee consumer rights and the error appears between goods consumers actually bought and the pictures dealers showed online. What?s more, majorities of great branded merchandise sell seconds at best quality prices, and there is even various “copycat” and “high imitation” goods come to tread. The network shopping honesty, frequent security issues has begun to attract the attention of many consumers. While it is obviously that online shopping also has a great impact to entity shopping mall. This paper analyzed the factors that influence consumer shopping from several aspects, as well as the pros and cons analysis of online shopping and the entity department store.Key
