强脉冲光联合曲安奈德皮损内封闭及外用疤克软膏治疗增生性瘢痕疗效观察[摘要]目的：观察强脉冲光联合曲安奈德及疤克软膏治疗增生性瘢痕的临床疗效。方法：2010年10月～2011年5月，笔者科室应用强脉冲光联合曲安奈德及疤克软膏治疗增生性瘢痕患者30例，年龄19～52岁，病程1～16月，强脉冲光及曲安奈德治疗间隔期为2个月，治疗次数3～5次，治疗间隔期外涂疤克软膏。结果：30例患者平均治疗4.3次，根据疗效评定标准，显效11例，有效18例，无效1例。结论：强脉冲光联合曲安奈德及疤克软膏治疗增生性瘢痕，治疗间期长，次数少，在瘢痕治疗的美容效果以及远期稳定性方面都取得了较满意的疗效，是瘢痕美容修复的有效手段之一。 [关键词]增生性瘢痕；强脉冲光；曲安奈德；疤克软膏；皮损内注射；疗效观察 [中图分类号]R619+.6 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1008-6455（2013）01-0086-02 Observation of curative effect of the hypertrophic scars using intense pulsed light， lesional injection of Triamcinolone acetonide and Kelo-cote Silcone Gel for external use LU Jie， HE Mei， SU Yi-fan， XIE Hong-xia， ZHANG Xuan （Department of Dermatologic Cosmetology，Chengdu Second People’s Hospital，Chengdu，610031，Sichuan，China） Abstract： Objective To observe the clinical effect in the treatment of the hypertrophic scars using intense pulsed light（IPL）， triamcinolone acetonide and Kelo-cote Silcone Gel. Methods Thiryt cases with hypertrophic scars was from 19 to 52 years and the duration was from one month to sixteen months.These patients were treated once every 2 months using IPL and triamcinolone acetonide. And the treatment was performed for 3-5 times in the period of treatment. These patients were also treated with Kelo-cote Silcone Gel in the every interval time of treatment. Rusult After treatment for 4.3 times in averge，there were 11 cases with healing well， 18 cases with improved effect and a case with no effect. Conclusions Our study indicated that the combination with IPL，triamcinolone acetonide and Kelo-cote Silcone Gel can improve the efficacy of dermatologic cosmetology and the stability of hypertrophic scars. The treatment methods are an effective treatment for hypertrophic scars. Key words：hypertrophic scars； intense pulsed light； triamcinolone acetonide； Kelo-cote Silcone Gel； lesional injection； observation of curative effect 增生性瘢痕是临床常见的损容性皮肤疾病，常继发于深及真皮层的皮肤损伤，如：皮肤外伤、较严重炎症性皮肤病以及激光、手术治疗后等。而对此采取了多种治疗方法，如：压迫、浅层放疗、同位素、冷冻、激光等，虽能取得一定的近期疗效，但远期效
