中小企业吸引人才的策略 摘 要 本文围绕中小企业面临竞争激烈的市场经济,根据中小企业自身特点怎样提高竞争力,充分阐述企业的核心竞争力来自人力资本,吸引人力资本的关键是有科学而合理的激励机制。中小企业在加入WTO的新体制下,怎样提高员工的素质,运用合理的人力资源开发与管理手段,以得到更多的人力资本,留住企业的关键人才,对进一步增强中小企业的竞争力,有着重要的意义,对企业的发展带来巨大的影响和作用。在知识经济时代,企业的竞争实质上就是人才的竞争。企业家们认识到,谁拥有了人才,谁就拥有了竞争的主动性,谁就是未来市场的强者。 本文第一章提到研究背景和意义以及对国内外研究状况的分析,理清了全文的主要内容和思路。第二章对中小企业的概念、特点做了概述。第三章强调了中小企业吸引人才工作的重要性。第四章提出了中小企业吸引人才的现状和问题。第五章从四个方面做出了中小企业吸引人才的策略。第六章总结了全文的主要内容以及对未来的发展前景。 关键词:中小企业,人力资本,吸引人才,策略 Abstract This focus on small and medium enterprises face a highly competitive market economy, according to small and medium enterprises how to improve the competitiveness of its own characteristics, fully expounded the core competitiveness of enterprises from the human capital, human capital, the key is to attract the scientific and reasonable incentives.
