摘 要 2008年金融危机以来，甘肃省的对外贸易业发展态势良好，进出口总量逐年增加。随着世界经济一体化的进程不断发展，2013年甘肃省对外贸易首次突破百亿美元大关，实现了历史性突破，其出口商品类别更加丰富，结构日趋合理,经营企业数量大增，私营企业异军突起，国际市场得到进一步拓展，贸易往来国家不断增多。但是，长期以来，由于受地域限制和经济发展滞后等因素制约，甘肃省进出口不仅总量小，对外贸易依存度低，利用外资水平低，而且产品结构单一，以资源型产品为主，受国际市场的影响波动大。近年来，全球经济走势不及预期，内外需整体景气下滑，多种不利因素影响交杂，外贸形势更加严峻。尽快找到合适策略解决甘肃省对外贸易的难题，在当前形势下刻不容缓。本文就甘肃省对外贸易问题及对策研究进行了分析。 关键词:甘肃省 对外贸易 对策 Gansu Provincial Foreign Trade and Countermeasures Abstract: Since the financial crisis in 2008, Gansu provinces foreign trade development situation is good, the import and export volume increased year by year. With the world economic integration process continues to develop, in 2013, Gansu Provincial Bureau of Foreign Trade for the first time exceeded ten billion dollar mark, achieved a historic breakthrough, which exports more abundant species, the structure is becoming more rational, significant increase in the number of business enterprises, private enterprises meteoric rise, to further expand the international market, increasing trade with the country. However, for a long time, due to geographical constraints and economic development lags behind other factors, import and export only a small amount of Gansu Province, foreign trade dependence, low level of utilization of foreign investment, and the product structure of single, resource-based products, by impact of international market fluctuations. In recent years, less than expected global economic trends, internal and external demand fell overall economy, a mixed variety of adverse factors, the foreign trade situation is more severe. As soon as possible to find the right strategy to solve the problem of Gansu provinces foreign trade, in the current situation is urgently needed. This paper analyzes the Gansu province foreign trade problems and countermeasures research.
