摘 要：本文首先阐述了劳动生产率的两种计算方法，一种是以人为单位的劳动生产率计算方法，一种是以劳动报酬来计算的劳动投入产出率。这两种生产率是从不同的角度对生产率进行计算的，有着不同的经济含义。然后本文分别计算了淮安市的两种生产率，并加以分析，得出相关结论：淮安市虽然劳动生产率较低，但淮安市的劳动投入产出率较高。因此,淮安市具有劳动力成本优势，适合劳动密集型产业的布局。 关键词：劳动生产率，劳动投入产出率，淮安市，劳动密集型产业 Abstract：This article firstly describes two methods of calculating labor productivity, one is the labor productivity of the human unit calculation, one is calculated in the labor remuneration of labor input and output rate.
