前牙金属烤瓷冠与全瓷冠修复的效果评价（Evaluation of the effects of PFM and all ceramic crown restorations in anterior teeth） Author: 432000 Hubei Xiaogan, Department of Stomatology, Huiji Hospital Affiliated to Hubei Polytechnic Institute (Yu Zhigang) Department of Stomatology, Xiaogan Dental Hospital (Leng Xianwen) Abstract: Objective To compare the aesthetic effect and periodontal tissue changes between PFM and all ceramic crown in the restoration of the anterior teeth. The method of porcelain crown 208 teeth of 160 patients, according to the repair methods are divided into 2 groups: Ni Cr alloy porcelain crown group and zirconia all ceramic crown group (104 teeth), after 1 years of follow-up of 2 groups of patients, prosthesis, color repair at the beginning and after 1 years of observation, and gum changes and comparison. Results after 1 years of repair, the shape and color of the two crown restorations were not changed. After the restoration of Ni Cr alloy porcelain crown, 65.4% of the patients suffered from discoloration of the gums and teeth, and 30.8% of them suffered slight gingivitis. After the restoration of zirconia all ceramic crowns, there was no tooth discoloration, gingival discoloration and gingivitis. Conclusion all ceramic crown is better than PFM in the restoration of anterior teeth, and has less influence on periodontal tissue.
