It mainly consists of globoidal cam and planar cam, different principle: 1. globoidal cam cam indexer is a transmission input shaft of the globoidal indexing cam wheel and the output shaft of the gapless vertical meshing. The curve section of the cambered cam contour drives the indexing wheel to be shifted, and the straight line segment makes the indexing wheel rest and positioning self-locking. The continuous input motion is converted into intermittent output motion by this mechanism. 2. plane cam cam indexer is gear indexing wheel on the input shaft and the output shaft of the conjugate cams on the gapless parallel meshing. The curve segment of the plane cam contour drives the indexing wheel to be shifted, and the straight line segment makes the indexing wheel rest and positioning self-locking. The continuous input motion is converted into intermittent output motion by this mechanism. The advantages of segmentation than other components: cam on between the cam and the roller with no gap (similar to the meshing worm drive), and along the cam curve established for repeated transfer operation of the device.
