Peoples Republic of China occupation disease prevention law will be implemented on May 1, 2002, in order to cooperate with the implementation of the occupation disease prevention law, to do the preparatory work before the implementation, the Ministry of health to set hygiene standards and regulations occupation occupation disease prevention law. The first batch has issued nine regulations and documents on occupational disease prevention and control law, and more than 500 occupational health standards. The relevant information is hereby notified as follows:
I. The legal framework for occupational disease prevention has basically taken shape in China
Including the occupation disease prevention law system in our country: Peoples Republic of China occupation disease prevention law and the State Council on radioactive, highly toxic and special operations management regulations and occupation disease prevention law supporting regulations.
The Ministry of health to develop the occupation disease prevention law supporting regulations and documents related to four aspects: the specification of the employer occupation disease prevention activities; the standard occupation health technical service activities; the standard of health administrative law enforcement behavior; the occupation disease prevention and control of technical regulations, including occupation hygiene standards, technical specification etc..
