视网膜调制传递函数与单纯性近视的相关性研究 中 文 摘 要 目的 探讨单纯性近视与视网膜调制传递函数测量之间的相关性。 对象和方法 首先测量50 只无其他眼病的单纯性近视眼的裸眼视力，再使用RM-800 视 网膜调制传递函数仪分别测量在裸眼、框架眼镜矫正和隐形眼镜矫正三种状态下，不同 干涉条纹视力（IVA=0.06,0.1,0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8）的视网膜调制传递函数值。 结果 对于裸眼的近视患者，所测的视力表视力与干涉条纹视力有显著性差异；对于矫 正后的近视患者，所测的视力表视力与干涉条纹视力无显著性差异；在裸眼、框架眼镜 矫正和隐形眼镜矫正三种状态下测得的视网膜调制传递函数值之间有显著性差异（P﹤ 0.05），且戴隐形眼镜矫正所测得值略高于戴框架眼镜所测得值。 结论 屈光矫正后所测得的视网膜调制传递函数值更能准确地、全面地反映视网膜-大 脑系统的视觉功能，如果裸眼进行视网膜调制传递函数值的测量将可能出现假阳性，建 议测量视网膜调制传递函数前需要屈光矫正。 【关键词】近视；调制传递函数；干涉条纹视力 第 1 页 The correlative research of retinal modulation transfer function and pure myopia Objective To evaluate the correlative between the retinal modulation transfer function and a pure myopia. Methods The naked vision was got in 50 eyes of 25 myopia patients without any eye diseases. Then retinal MTF was determined by RM-800 MTF testing instrument when these 50 eyes were naked eyes, corrected with glasses and corrected with contact lenses, The retinal MTF was got in six interference fringe visual acuities(IVA=0.06，0.1，0.2，0.4.0.6，0.8.). Results There was statistical significant difference between graphical vision of naked myopia patients and IVA of it(p0.05).There was not statistical significant difference between graphical vision of corrected myopia patients and IVA of it(p0.05). There was statistical significant difference between MTF of uncorrected eyes and corrected eyes in myopia (p0.05), and MTF of eyes with contact lenses were significantly better than eyes corrected with glasses. Conclusion MTF can display precisely the function from retina to brain in the corrected eyes, it is possibly false positive if we tested in naked eyes, it is advised that MTF should be tested with collected myopia. 【key words】Myopia； Modulation transfer function； Interference fringe visual acuity 第 2 页 引
