Methods 160 cases of thoracic surgery patients were randomly divided into epidural patient-controlled analgesia (PCEA) and intravenous analgesia (PCIA) group two, two groups of patients formula are as follows: (PCIA) group: fentanyl 20 g/kg, tramadol 6mg / kg ondansetron 16mg plus normal saline to 100ml group (PCEA), 0.3% ropivacaine 200ML. Postoperative analgesia pump for analgesia, and analgesic and sedation scores, patient breathing and blood pressure changes, the incidence of nausea and vomiting, satisfaction of 24h analgesia after operation. Results of the two groups of the observation index in the incidence of nausea and vomiting than there was no significant difference (P0.05). Conclusion the combination of tramadol and fentanyl on analgesic effect of thoracic surgery operation is good. It is a safe and effective method for analgesia and patient controlled epidural analgesia and patient controlled intravenous analgesia of analgesia and sedation level, but the incidence of nausea and vomiting decreased significantly, and is conducive to patient expectoration. Can choose a patient-controlled analgesia methods according to the operation condition of the patient.
