功能性三尖瓣关闭不全的分析和治疗（Analysis and treatment of functional three cusp insufficiency） Analysis and treatment of functional three cusp insufficiency 2010-07-02 Xie Jie Yan, Wang Jingsheng, Liu Chuanshou, Wang Xinsheng, Chen Shenglong, Qi Yiwei [Abstract] objective to improve the treatment of functional three tricuspid insufficiency (TR) level and summarize the clinical experience in the past 5 years. Methods 35 cases with TR were analyzed, of which 26 cases were valvular disease group and 9 cases were CHD group. Compared with 79 patients in the same period, three cases underwent tricuspid valvuloplasty. Results the incidence of TR in valvular disease group was 55.2%, which was related to the course of disease, cardiothoracic ratio, EF, left atrial size (P0.05), 82.8% of which were atrial fibrillation (P, 0.01), and 67.2% (P0.05) of severe pulmonary hypertension. Left to right shunt congenital heart disease group patients had severe pulmonary hypertension with cyanosis patients had right ventricular enlargement. 24 cases were followed up, including 17 cases of cardiac function, 6 cases of stage II, and 1 cases of stage iii.. Conclusion three tricuspid valvuloplasty is effective in the treatment of TR. It should be based on the clinical manifestations, the right heart function, pulmonary vascular resistance and the degree of TR.
