Abstract
Since the reform and opening upgoing out of villages to urban employment, a large
number of peasants formed with Chinese characteristics peasant-workers group. In the
wave of migrant workers into the city, government encourages the migrant workers
obtaining employment through various channels and expanding employment space. Central
governments attach weight to migrant workers increasingly, because they played a
significant role in realizing urbanization and modernization. As time goes by, migrant
workers groups separate into two groups, the first generation of migrant workers and the
second generation of migrant workers. For these two generations of migrant workers form
a significantly different personality differences for their different background and living
environment, which led to their different cultures, opinions, values, actions, and different
employment status. In this article, the second generation of migrant workers mainly refers
to the kind of labors who were born after 1980s, engage non-agricultural production in
cities, but own the rural residents. And the first generation of migrant worke
