毕业论文 题 目企业生产物料搬运方案分析 学 院 专 业 班 级 学 生 学 号 指导教师 二〇一二年月 摘 要 随着现代社会生产力水平的逐渐提高，越来越多的制造企业开始引入物料搬运系统分析的方法，并通过分析设计合理的物料搬运系统，来提高企业生产力水平，适应当代社会的发展。 本文通过搜集资料，了解有关物料搬运的有关内容。探讨了物料搬运系统分析方法的原则目的和意义，并深入研究了物料搬运系统分析的方法步骤。通过一段时间对试验机厂生产车间的了解，从物料分类，系统布置分析，各项移动分析，搬运路线的选择，搬运设备和运输单元的确定等方面，确定物料搬运系统的建立的思路，逐步实现了在制造业中建立物料搬运系统的目的，进而进一步提高企业的生产力，促进企业发展。 关键词：物料；搬运；分析；路线；方式ABSTRACT With the level of the productivity of modern society is raising gradually, more and more enterprises begin to import the analytical method of the material handing system(MHS).Analyzing and designing reasonable MHS can help to increase the level of the productivity and adapt to the development of contemporary society. In this paper, we come to understand the related content of MHS by collecting data.And investigate the principle, purpose and significance of the MHS and make an in-depth study to the steps of the analysis of the MHS. This paper has been surveying a long time in the factory of testing machine, and determine the idea of the MHS, achieve the goals that to establish MHS in manufacturing gradually from material category, layout analysis, all kinds of mobile analysis, the selection of transportation routes, handing equipment, determination of the transport unit and so on, and then can make a further improvement on the productivity of enterprises, promote the development of enterprise.
