内蒙古科技大学 本科生课程设计说明书（课程论文） 题 目：高校学生综合服务管理信息系统 学生姓名：保祥 学 号：200865138236 专 业：信息管理与信息系统 班 级：信管2008-2班 指导教师：王 威 副教授 郝永宽 讲师 摘要 现在的学校办学规模不断扩大，学生数量不断增多，对于学生综合服务的管理问题也就提上了议事日程。传统方式下的以手工操作为主，计算机操作为辅的管理方式，容易发生数据丢失和统计错误，且劳动强度高，速度慢，效率低，保密性差，己远不能满足该院的正规化运作和标准化管理。而使用计算机对学生综合服务进行管理，有着手工管理所无法比拟的优点，能够极大地提高学生综合服务管理的效率，也是实现教育单位的科学化与正规化管理，与世界接轨的重要条件。在计算机联网后，数据在网上传递，可以实现数据共享，学生和教师在网上就可查询所需资料，避免重复劳动，规范教学管理行为，从而提高了管理效率和水平。 本文通过学生综合服务管理信息系统进行需求分析和系统分析，制定了一套适合该院的管理信息系统的设计方案，确定了系统的总体构架。其设计主要包括前端应用程序的开发和后台数据库的建立维护两个方面。系统开发用VB. NET来完成，用VB. NET开发程序符合人们习惯的思维方式;便于分析复杂多变的问题;易于软件的维护和功能的扩展;能用继承的方式缩短程序开发的时间;与可视化技术结合，改善了工作界面。对数据库系统开发用SQL Server数据库来完成，数据库接口采用ADO模式，该工具性能稳定、技术完善，用来开发稳定的数据库系统是相当合适的。 关键词: 学生综合服务 管理信息系统 数据库 Abstract With the scale expanding and the number of students increasing continuously, Shandong Electronic Professional Institute puts the management of students result intoagenda.
