如何破解中职教育发展中难题【摘要】十一五期间是中国职业教育改革发展的五年，先后出台了许多关于职业教育改革和发展的纲领性文件，从新的职业教育法出台到中职学生助学金和免学费的发放等一系列政策，使人们感受到职业教育的第二个春天才真正来临。愈来愈多的专家、学者清醒的认识到只有大力发展职业教育才能解决经济发展中企业劳动力不足的问题，因此把职业教育改革和发展放在了教育改革的突出地位，目前公办职业教育和民办职业教育协调发展，呈现出前所未有的新局面。尤其是民办职业教育异军突起发展迅速，在校人数超过了以前任何一个时期，公办职业教育和民办职业教育形成了诸多竞争，同时为中国经济的发展做出了巨大贡献。然而面临新的形式中职教育发展中也遇到了前所未有的问题和矛盾，存在着“四难、五缺”现象，如何在改革中解决这些问题，使摆在每一个职业教育管理者面前的迫切任务，积了二十多年从事职业教育的经验，下面我从“教、学、管、办”等方面提出大职业教育的发展观。面向市场、面向就业、面向技能、面向成长作为职业教育发展的目标和方向，全面构建起大职业教育的发展框架。近年来开封一职专改革和发展的事实充分说明了只有按照职业教育发展规律办事才能在机遇与挑战并存中抓住机遇，顺势而谋，应事而动，知难而上，取得成功。 【关键词】中职教育；四难五缺；专业技能；教学改革 How to crack medium class occupation school education hard nut to crack within development Wu Ke-qin 【Abstract】11·5 period is China occupation education reform development of five year， successively pedestal many concerning occupation education reform and development of outline document， from newly of the occupation education the method the pedestal arrive job student scholarship with don’t need issue of school fees etc. a series policy， make people feeling arrive occupation education of two spring just real approach.More and more expert， scholar awake of understanding arrive only strongly development occupation education then can solve economy the business enterprise labor force in the development shortage of problem， so occupation education reform and development put at the outstanding position of education reform， currently Mr. do an occupation education and the people do an occupation education to moderate development and present an unprecedented new situation.Particularly is a people to do occupation education difference soldier Tu development quick， at school number exceed before whichever period， Mr. do an occupation education and the people did an occupation education formation many competition， in the meantime for China economy of development do huge contribute.However faced the job in the new form education to also meet an unprecedented problem in the development and antinomy， existence“four difficu
