固定套冲压工艺制定及模具设计
摘要:冷冲压是塑性成型的基本方法之一，它利用冲模在压床上对金属（或非金属）板料施加压力使其分离或变形从而得到一定形状并满足一定使用要求零件的加工方法，通常在常温下进行所以称冷冲压。冷冲压有生产率高，质量稳定，较高的精度，操作方便，材料利用率高等优点。
本篇毕业设计首先针对几何外形尺寸、使用性能、生产规模、经济性及变形特点等方面分析其冲压工艺，然后对几种可能的工艺方案进行比较，从优选择合理工艺方案并计算排样、冲裁力、选择压力机及标准件规格与各工序模工作部分尺寸及精度；

The Stamp Processes Basketry and Mold Design for the fixed set
Abstract: The cold stamping is one of plastic formation essential methods, which using dies in presses on (either nonmetallic) the sheet infliction pressure separate or distort to obtain certain shape to the metal and satisfy certain operation requirements components of the processing. Usually under the normal temperature carries on therefore calls cold stamping. The cold stamping has lots of merit whose production rate was birth high, quality was stable, precision was high, operation was ease, material use factor higher.
This instruction booklet firstly carries on the stamp processes basketry and mold design for the Fixed set. In view of its demisional geometry, the stress characteristic, the scale of production, and efficient and so on. Designing the possible several craft plan carry on the comparison to choose the reasonable craft plan liberally. Then we calculate the craft parameter to choice press machine. Finally, it is a detailied explaintation about parts designation of drawing composite blanking die and punching die .
