工程部SOP操作程序Policy Title 政策名称 : Fan Machine Piping Maintenance 风机盘管的维护保养操作规程 Department 部门 : Engineering Department 工程部 Division : Prepared By 制定人 : XXX Effective Date 生效日期 : Total Pages 总页数 : XXX Code No. 编号 : ENG-JD-022 Policy Statement: 目的 T 确保其运转良好。 Procedure程序 Oil termly 定期加油Lubricate the crankshaft of fan machine every six months, should check the crankshaft and ball bearing carefully, if find it broken, should replace at once. 要对空气处理机的风机轴承每半年加一次润滑油，加油时应仔细检查轴承滚珠，若有破损应立即更换。 Adjust strap 调整皮带It makes against normal running of equipments if the strap was too tight or too loose, it even will harm to the equipment, so adjust the strap when check every time. 风机的传动皮带过紧、过松都不利于设备的运行，甚至会损坏设备，故每次检查时应调整皮带的松紧。 Clean the filter net 清洗过滤网hen in use for a long time, the dust will gather at the filter net, it will build up on the net, so that it will influence the ventilation, so should clean termly. When cleaning, should replace the dirty net with clean spare one. The dirty net should be washed by soap, and rinse with clean water, after airing for spare use. 由于空气中的尘埃通过过滤网时，会粘结在过滤网上，时间一长，将会堵塞网眼，影响通风效果，故应定期清洗。清洗时，把过滤网取下，换上备用的过滤网。脏的过滤网可用稀释的肥皂（或洗洁精）水洗，再用清水冲干净，晾干后备用。 Clean the piping 清洗盘管Though the air first passes through the filter net, there will still be some the dust in the pipe. It will accumulate oil and dust, stop ventilation, so should clean once per year.
