PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT16 XXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXX 论 文 履带式推土机转向制动系统故障分析及维修 学 院： 专 业： 姓 名： 学 号： 指导教师： 完成时间： 摘要 随着科学技术的发展，人们对工程机械的要求愈来愈高，如操纵轻便、安全舒适等。为了改善履带式推土机的操纵性，降低驾驶员的劳动强度，本文设计了推土机的单手柄转向制动控制系统，即将左右转向和制动集中在一根手柄上，通过手柄的转角控制来体现驾驶员的驾驶意图。在不改变推土机原有传动结构的基础上，整个系统采用了先进的电液比例控制技术，将电控的灵活性与液控的简单、方便性结合起来。液压控制部分利用电液比例减压阀对油缸进行压力控制，利用电磁换向阀来选择控制侧，进而通过控制油缸的位移来实现推土机的转向制动。现代新型履带式推土机转向系统采取带动液压助力式, 介绍其就车检测与维修; 阐述了转向系部件检测、装配检验及调整、动力转向油泵的检测与调整、液压系统压力的检测、动力转向系统常见故障的诊断检测与排除等。 关键词：履带式推土机；转向制动系统；故障分析；故障维修 Abstract With the development of science and technology, the people to the requirement of engineering machinery is getting more and more high, such as manipulate light, safe and comfortable, etc. In order to improve caterpillar bulldozers handling, reduce the labor intensity of the pilot, this paper introduces the design of the single handle to bulldozer brake control system, is to turn left and brake concentrated in one root handle, through the handle the corner of the control to reflect the drivers driving intentions. Not changing the bulldozers original transmission based on the structure of, the whole system adopts the advanced electro-hydraulic proportional control technology, the electronic control flexibility with hydraulic controlled simple, convenient together. The hydraulic control the part USES electrohydraulic proportional pressure reducing valve of hydraulic cylinder pressure control, using the electromagnetic reversing valves to choose control side, and then through the control oil cylinder of displacement to realize the bulldozers to brake. The modern new caterpillar bulldozers steering system take drive hydraulic booster type, introduced the car is inspection and maintenance; Expounds the steering system component testing, inspection and adjustment, assembly of power steering pump testing and adjusting, hydraulic pressure system of testing, power steering system of the common faults diagnosis detection and exclusion, etc. Key words: Caterpillar bulldozers; To
